Reception is open everyday from 08.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to advise us about your arrival time in particular if it’s preview after 07.00 p.m.
Check-in is from 02.00 p.m.
Check-out at 10.30 a.m.
The rates showed are per person or per room?
The rates showed in our web site are per room per night.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?
At the moment of the reservation we’ll ask you a guarantee that can be the credit card details or a bank transfer of the amount of the 1st night.
You’ll pay for your stay at the check-in.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do, We accept Visa and MasterCard
Do you have an internet connection?
Yes, we do in all the B&B there’s a Wi-Fi connection free of charge, you’ll find the password in the room.
Is there a deposit for bags?
Yes, there’s. You can store your bags the check-in day and the check-out day free of charge.
Are you particular times to come back in the evening?
No there aren’t. At the check-in we’ll give you the keys to go in and out without problems of time.
Where can I park my car?
We re in the city center, in a limited traffic area, for this reason train is the best way to reach us. The city center can be visited by feet and parking are expensie.
Anyway if you prefer to reach us by car we work with a garage with valet parking service that costs 24-30 euro for 24h.

What is included in the room rate?
- Sheets, linen, towels
- Hair dryer
- Wi-Fi connection
- Air conditioning/heating
- City map and guide books/brochure about Florence
- Bags deposit
City tax of Euro 5,50 per person per night is not included in the room rate and will be pay in cash at the B&B.
Are dogs/pets allowed?
Yes, we accept small pets after confirmation by the B&B.
Can I smoke in the room?
No you can’t, all our rooms are no smoking.
Does my 3 years old child pay for the stay?
All the children under 3 years old are free of charge. It’s possible to add a baby cot in the room free of charge and upon request.
How can I cancel my reservation?
All cancellation must be received in writing at the email adress

If you'll check-in a day later or check-out a day earlier, you will be charged for one night. The reservation should be cancelled
at least 72 hours before the expected date of arrival or we will be forced to charge the total amount of the reservation.
